Mobile Legends Team Ownership Transferred Without Notice — How to Recover or Get Diamonds Refunded

While playing Mobile Legends: Bang Bang on my Oppo Android phone, I discovered that the team I created and named “c☆ Türk♡” (ID: 3125476) — which I purchased using diamonds about four years ago — had been transferred to another user because I hadn’t logged in for two months. I realized this when I tried to add a new member to my team. I was never notified or warned about the transfer, nor did I receive any message regarding the ownership change.

Since noticing the issue two days ago, I’ve tried reaching both in-game support and the current team leader. I sent a message to the leader but received no response, and the support team told me they couldn’t help with this matter. I cannot accept that a team I paid for with diamonds was transferred without my knowledge or any notification.

I request that ownership of my team be restored to me, or if that’s not possible, that the diamonds I spent to purchase the team be refunded to my account.
