Mobile Legends Bug Denied Me Navigator Rewards After Loading Diamonds

I'm facing a problem with the Navigator event in Mobile Legends Bang Bang by Moonton. On November 16, 2024, I loaded diamonds two times, going over the required amount to earn tickets for the event. Unfortunately, a bug in the game prevented me from getting the rewards I was supposed to receive. I reached out to customer support, but my problem is still not sorted out. This has been a frustrating experience. I put in the effort and met all the requirements, but in the end, I didn’t receive any reward. I urge Moonton to tackle this issue quickly and make sure I get the rewards I'm supposed to receive. I really hope this gets sorted out quickly so I can get back to enjoying the game without any more problems.
