About 20 minutes ago, my Mobile Legends: Bang Bang account on my Android phone was hit with both an album ban and a chat ban. My username/player ID is 258708413 (4055). My album only contained normal personal photos, and I absolutely did not share anything that violated the game’s rules. Moreover, even when I don’t type anything or play poorly in matches, I still keep getting chat bans. When I checked my profile, I noticed that my photos had been removed without any warning or explanation.
This isn’t the first time I’ve experienced such issues — I repeatedly receive chat bans even when I haven’t sent any messages. I contacted the in-game support team, but they only replied that the ban could not be lifted and that they were sorry for the inconvenience. At the moment, I can’t upload to my album or chat in-game. Other than that, there are no additional restrictions, and there hasn’t been any update or maintenance activity during this period.
I’ve been playing this game for seven years, and I can’t accept such unprofessional and unexplained decisions. Since there’s nothing in my album that violates the rules, I don’t understand on what basis the album ban was applied. I request that my album ban be removed and that my account be thoroughly reviewed.
