Mobile Legends Account Wrongly Banned for Cheating — How to Appeal and Remove False Ban
In Mobile Legends: Bang Bang, my account (ID: 13514104, Server: 4400, Username: zit) on my Android device was banned for 30 days on Tuesday, October 21, 2025, for “cheating,” even though I have never used any cheats or hacks. I’m a veteran player with over 700 stars, and I had recently played about 30 matches actively. I believe the reason for this ban is that I was wrongly reported by opponents or teammates in my last few matches, accusing me of cheating without cause.
After the ban, I contacted customer support multiple times, but only received automated responses and no clear explanation. My account doesn’t contain any paid content or diamonds — I only use it to grind MMR. I have never used any third-party programs or illegal modifications, and I strongly believe this ban was completely unjustified.
I request that my account be thoroughly reviewed and that the ban be lifted immediately.
