I Face Unfair Bans in Mobile Legends Despite No Rule Violation

In Mobile Legends ranked mode, I received a one-day (6-match) ban yesterday and a three-day (30-match) ban today — despite not using any inappropriate, offensive, or insulting language in either game. My player ID is 1840270731 (4514). I want to emphasize that while I’ve made mistakes in the past, this time I did not violate any rules whatsoever. Receiving consecutive bans without any justification clearly shows how unfair the system has become.

Moreover, the matchmaking system itself is deeply flawed. Most of the teammates I get paired with are players who intentionally sabotage or troll the game, making it extremely frustrating to play. These issues significantly affect my gameplay experience, yet I’m the one being unfairly punished. I submitted an appeal through the in-game support, but the only responses I received were from an automated bot — no real solution was provided.

I also occasionally spend money on the game and purchase paid content, so I expect to be treated fairly as a loyal player. I request that my ban be lifted immediately and that the system be reviewed to ensure more accurate and fair evaluations of player behavior.
