Mobile Legends Account Wrongly Banned for 10,990 Days — How to Appeal and Remove False Plugin Ban

I play Mobile Legends on my Redmi Note 14 Pro Plus (Android) device. My account, ID 123835673 (4034), was reopened on October 30, 2025, at 12:27 a.m. after a 30-day ban had ended. I played only a few matches without using any cheats or plugins and then logged out. However, when I logged back in around noon, I discovered that my account had been banned again for 10,990 days. The stated reason was “plugin use,” but I have never used any hacks, plugins, or third-party software on my account.
This is the first time I’ve experienced such an issue. I contacted Mobile Legends customer support both via email and social media, but I haven’t received any response so far. If the matches I played last night are reviewed, it will clearly show that there were no rule violations of any kind.
I urgently request that my account be unbanned and that this false ban be lifted immediately. I appreciate your support and assistance in resolving this matter.
