My Mobile Legends Account Stolen – Support Denies Recovery Despite Correct Info

My Mobile Legends account was stolen, and I have been trying for days to get help from support. Despite providing accurate and verified information, they repeatedly tell me, "Your details are incorrect. We reviewed it. No." Meanwhile, my account is being handed over to someone else, and they are doing nothing about it.
I have proof of account ownership, including transaction records, the date I created the account, and previous Moonton account details. Additionally, I can still access my account via Facebook and WhatsApp, but since the Moonton account has been changed, I am locked out from logging in.
I demand that Moonton take action immediately and help me recover my stolen account.
