My Mobile Legends: Bang Bang account was hacked, and I haven’t been able to recover it despite providing all the correct information. The person who stole the account first gained access to my email, then logged into my MLBB account and changed both the email and password. I immediately contacted customer service and provided all necessary details—including proof of ownership like payment receipts—but have received no response.
I also emailed MLBB’s official support, but that has led nowhere either. This wasn’t a case of account sharing or buying/selling—it was a clear and direct theft, and I’m extremely disappointed that no one has stepped up to help recover my account.
I’ve spent a lot of time and real money on that account, and watching it be taken without any support from the platform is unacceptable. MLBB support needs to take these cases seriously and actually respond. I demand immediate action to restore my account.
