I Can’t Access My Mobile Legends Account on New Phone Despite Linking to Google & Moonton

I recently switched to a new phone and now I can’t access my Mobile Legends account—even though I linked it to my Moonton account and my Google account. I also connected it to my WhatsApp and TikTok profiles for extra security, but none of it helps. Every time I try to log in on the new device, it refuses to load my original account.
This is incredibly frustrating. I’ve spent months building that account, not to mention the money (₺) I’ve invested into it. I made sure to follow every recommended step to secure my data and ensure access across devices, yet here I am, completely locked out.
I demand immediate support to restore my account. I did everything right—why am I being punished for switching devices? Mobile Legends, fix this now. Give us a real solution and stop making it impossible for loyal players to recover what’s rightfully theirs.
