I Keep Getting Unfair Chat Bans in Mobile Legends Even for Normal Messages

I’ve had enough of the unfair chat bans in Mobile Legends. Lately, every time I type something—even when it’s completely normal or informative—I end up getting banned from chat. This isn’t just a one-time issue. It keeps happening over and over again, without any real reason.

The last straw was when I gave a simple, helpful comment during a match and suddenly received a 3-day, 30-match chat ban. How is that fair? I didn’t insult anyone or violate any rules. The system is clearly broken, and to make it worse, customer service is nonexistent. All I get are robotic, automated replies—there’s no real person handling complaints.

I’ve spent ₺ on this game, and this is how players are treated? If this unfair ban isn’t removed, I’m seriously considering deleting the game. I’ve lost all motivation to play because of how unjust and careless the moderation system has become. Moonton, fix your system and stop punishing loyal players for nothing.
