Today, after finishing a game in Mobile Legends, I was hit with a random 30-day chat ban for no reason. This is incredibly frustrating and unfair. I’ve done nothing to deserve such a penalty, and it has left me extremely upset—almost to the point of tears.

What is the justification for a 30-day ban? This feels excessive and unwarranted. I am fed up with these constant, nonsensical bans that disrupt my experience in the game. I demand that this chat ban be lifted immediately and that you take a closer look at your banning system to avoid unfair penalties like this in the future. Please resolve this as soon as possible.
