I Can’t Use Most Heroes in Mobile Legends—They’re All Locked with “Hero Blocked” Warning

I’ve been playing Mobile Legends: Bang Bang for years and never had a problem like this before. But now, almost all of the heroes in my account are locked, except for a few. When I try to select them, I get a warning that says, “Hero has been blocked.” I can’t play the game properly because nearly every hero is unavailable.

This issue makes it impossible to enjoy the game I’ve supported and played for so long. I’m requesting that this be fixed immediately. My account ID is 485*497 (4065)**.

Mobile Legends team, please resolve this issue as soon as possible. I’d be truly grateful if you could restore my access so I can return to playing normally.
