I Face Account Access Block in Mobile Legends Due to Unjust Security Restriction

Since last night, I have been unable to access my Mobile Legends account. I receive a warning stating that the “game environment has changed” and, for security reasons, I am “temporarily unable to switch accounts.” After this message appeared, my login attempts have been completely blocked.
I have never logged in from a different device or performed any unusual actions that could trigger a security flag. Despite contacting Mobile Legends customer service and receiving responses, the issue persists without resolution. My player ID is 876002485 (4303).
I request that my account be reviewed immediately, my access be restored, and the security restriction lifted so I can continue playing without interruption. This block is unfair and is preventing me from using an account I have invested significant time and effort into.
