Mitsubishi Techs Leave AC Drain Hose Dripping onto Downstairs Neighbor

On June 22, 2026, authorized Mitsubishi service technicians installed two 12,000 BTU Euroform air conditioners—purchased from Buca İmparator İklimlendirme—at my apartment in the Atatürk neighborhood of Buca, İzmir. One day after the installation, my tenants passed along a justified complaint from the downstairs neighbors. Upon inspection, I found that the water drain hose had simply been left dangling outside toward the lower floor. This not only causes distress to the neighbors but also falls far short of the quality of workmanship expected from an authorized service of a major brand.

Afterward, I visited the dealer where I purchased the units, İmparator Ticaret, on June 26, 2026, to submit a service request to correct the installation. However, extending the hose and routing it into the balcony—a simple task taking no more than five minutes—has still not been completed as of July 2, 2026. Throughout this process, the dealer did nothing more than praise the authorized service and confirm that a ticket had been opened, offering no concrete resolution.

I demand that a reputable brand like Mitsubishi urgently fix this installation error caused by its Buca İmparator İklimlendirme dealership and authorized service, and properly route the drain hoses onto the balcony so they no longer disturb the neighbors.
