Missha BB Cream Darker Than Advertised

I purchased BB cream from the Missha store at Ankamall after being convinced by the salesperson. Upon arriving home, I discovered that the cream's shade was unexpectedly darker than the previous product I had used. I would like to exchange the product, however, the store did not provide me with a receipt. All I have is a bank statement. I'm uncertain about the availability of an online invoice system and the process for accepting returns. I find it puzzling that I wasn't provided with a receipt or invoice, especially if returns are not allowed.
