I’ve been using Missha sunscreen daily for over a month, and my skin has broken out like never before. Painful, cystic acne has developed all over my face, and the breakouts aren’t healing. Instead of preventing blemishes, this sunscreen has left me with even more scars. I started using it to protect my skin and fade existing marks, but now I have new ones that won’t go away. I’m incredibly disappointed and will never purchase Missha products again.

"The given number called me once, I was not available and couldn’t answer. When I tried to call back, I couldn’t reach them. I called many times, I sent them an email, but they only replied with their working hours. Even when I call during working hours, I can’t reach them. I understand they might be busy, but is it really this much? If the company’s contact line is not dealing with customers, what is it dealing with? Have a good day."
