I tried accessing Baso Network but encountered a "failed to connect to the server" error. Despite my efforts, I couldn’t solve the issue, so I reached out to the mod team for help. Unfortunately, only one mod responded, while the others didn’t even bother to reply. I attempted to join the server on my own, but with no success. As someone who has played on older versions of the server, this is the first time I’ve experienced such negligence.
While browsing the official Discord server, I noticed many others facing issues, though not identical to mine, who also received little to no support. I am very dissatisfied with this situation and hope for a quick resolution so I can enjoy the server again.
Hello, I'm Atakan. As a former player and a former Forum and Discord moderator at BW, I want to express my complaints. I'm concerned about the server's activity and future dying due to the management team's unnecessary and unjustifiably long maintenance periods, insufficient advertising, and poor marketing. Although the server's main owner, Ulaş Başaran, says "we'll do it if I want," I have clearly seen that this is not the case. I am personally worried and complaining about issues such as the server lagging during the dragon event, the power balance of new items not being properly adjusted, and the Discord and management team repeating the same mistakes despite all warnings. The use of admin power by guilds, especially Holy Roman, and other server leaders doing this indirectly or directly concerns me about inequality and unfairness. If you are not someone with authority or relatively famous on the server, I want to point out that even the slightest criticism you have about the server will be removed, not taken seriously, and ignored. I feel the need to mention that under the name of "initiative," religious and national values are being insulted within the server. If you decide to play Başo Network right now, I'm sorry to say that the server is currently under maintenance and seems to remain so. Whenever the server goes down, it's either due to an attack, a machine change, fixes being made, or for an event, but in the end, this maintenance takes unnecessarily long. I also find it necessary to write that from the information I've received from some people with authority on the server, sexting and unnecessary dramas are happening in the server's main and controlled chat.
If you're reading this, dad, never forget that I never thought ill of you and that I believe these issues need to be fixed for your own good. Even if you don't look at my messages or care about me, I have always thought of your well-being and always will. I will always invest in the server.
