Cancel Mindguru App Recurring Credit Card Charges Immediately

I have been unable to cancel my Mindguru iOS subscription for a long time, and my credit card has continued to be charged regularly for about two years. A payment of $12 is taken from my card every month, with the latest charge processed on September 8.

To terminate the subscription, I first tried to cancel through iOS, but I could not find a cancellation option within the app. I then contacted Mindguru via email to request the cancellation of my subscription; however, no solution was provided, and the charges to my card continued. My registered email address in the Mindguru system is: En*******@gmail.com.

I demand that Mindguru immediately cancel my iOS subscription and guarantee that absolutely no further charges are made to my credit card moving forward.
