Milestone Tires Damaged in Two Weeks Without Impact – No Warranty Update
I purchased four Milestone tires 1.5 months ago, and within just two weeks of minimal use, all four tires developed sidewall tears without experiencing any impact or damage. They are now completely unusable. I contacted the company regarding the warranty, but it has been over a month, and I have received no updates on the process.
This situation has been incredibly frustrating, and my patience has run out. I’ve never encountered such poor-quality tires in my life. I will never purchase from this brand again. I demand an immediate resolution, including replacing the defective tires under warranty. Milestone needs to take responsibility for their product quality and improve their customer service process.
