Milestone Tire Developed a Bubble After Only 100 km of Use

On July 20, 2024, I purchased four Milestone tires for my car. That same evening, while cleaning my vehicle, I noticed a bubble on the sidewall of the rear-right tire. On July 22, I returned to the dealership, where they removed the tire and sent it to the factory for inspection. They told me I’d receive a response in 15-20 days, but the factory replied within a week, and the dealer didn’t even bother to inform me. When I finally followed up, I learned the factory had denied my claim, blaming the issue on a hard impact that supposedly damaged the tire's sidewall wires.
This explanation is unacceptable, especially since I drove less than 100 km on these tires. Despite contacting the factory, I’ve received no resolution. This lack of accountability is infuriating. I demand Milestone take responsibility for this defect and replace the faulty tire immediately. Customers shouldn’t face such poor quality and service.
