MidasBuy Took My Money but Didn’t Deliver the UC to My Account

Good day. I attempted to purchase UC for my account through MidasBuy, and while the payment was successfully deducted from my account, I still haven’t received any UC. Normally, when I load UC, it arrives within five minutes—this time, it's been hours and nothing has shown up.

This is extremely frustrating. I paid in full, yet I have nothing to show for it. I’ve waited patiently, thinking it might just be a delay, but it’s clearly not processing as it should. I use this service often and have never experienced this kind of issue before.

MidasBuy, I’m asking you to resolve this immediately. Either deliver the missing UC to my account without further delay or refund my money. Don’t leave paying customers in the dark. I expect urgent action and proper support.
