I Sent PUBG UC to the Wrong Account on Midasbuy and Can’t Get a Refund

I made a ₺850 UC purchase through Midasbuy, intending to load the UC into my own PUBG Mobile account (username starting with "w**"). Unfortunately, my brother's account ID was saved in the system from a previous session, and the UC was mistakenly credited to his account ("e***"). He hasn't touched the UC, and it’s still sitting unused on that account.
I immediately tried to contact Midasbuy support multiple times to request a refund or a transfer, but their system kept giving me errors. There's no live support option, and I’ve received no response to my messages.
This is an honest mistake that could be easily corrected if Midasbuy provided basic customer service. I’m requesting that the unused UC be transferred from my brother’s account to mine, or the amount refunded. Please resolve this as soon as possible.
