I Bought UC from MidasBuy But Haven’t Received It for Hours

I purchased UC through MidasBuy, and while the system shows the transaction was received, it’s been over 3 hours and the UC still hasn’t been credited to my account. Normally, I always use MidasBuy and my UC arrives within 5 minutes—this is the first time I’ve experienced such a delay.

I’m starting to wonder if this issue is related to the holiday, but even if that’s the case, there should be clear communication and proper support. I’ve checked online, and I see that others are dealing with the same problem right now, which makes it even more concerning.
