Midas Ignores My Emails for 6 Months and Won't Let Me Change My Hacked Email

There has been a security issue with my email, and hackers have partially taken control of it. I have changed my registered email address in other applications linked to my email. However, Midas does not allow changing the registered email address. They have made it possible to change the phone number, but I fail to understand the logic behind not allowing an email change. For any information changes other than the phone number, they have provided an email address. I have been sending emails to that address for six months, but I have never received a response. By sheer luck, the hackers who accessed my email did not take any action on my Midas account. But if they had, who would have been held responsible? The so-called "visionaries" who refuse to allow email changes? Or the support team that completely ignores user emails? I believe this is a serious security issue.
