Steam Account Hacked: No Support Provided

While I was away, my phone number was changed without my consent on my Steam account. Moreover, my Gmail account was transferred to another email address. This action was taken without receiving a code to my email, meaning my email wasn't hacked. When I reached out to live support, they simply told me to "change your password." But how can I change my password when my email address has been changed? I'm deeply saddened by this situation, unsure whether to be upset about the money I've lost or the lack of security in your account protection. It feels like a joke. Furthermore, I received a notification saying "your email address has been changed" and "if you didn't do this, change your password." I feel like they're mocking me. Even though I've deposited all my money into my account and only used one card, if there was a live support system with this information, we could quickly resolve the issue, but unfortunately, you don't offer such a service. If you're considering helping, I would be grateful. Additionally, my account was hacked from a foreign country, and I'm not in a position to travel from Turkey to there to change my email address. Please review your security systems. I would greatly appreciate a prompt response and assistance.
