Microsoft Account Hacked: Urgent Support Needed After Two-Factor Authentication Bypass
On August 11, 2024, my Microsoft account was hacked despite having two-factor authentication enabled. My password and recovery email were changed without my knowledge or consent. Although my phone is registered with the account, the hacker disabled this option, preventing me from resetting the password via phone.
When I contacted Microsoft, they advised me to fill out a recovery form. However, the hacker, who likely used a bot, is continuously submitting forms, causing me to reach the daily limit, making it impossible for me to complete the recovery process. I received a response from Microsoft customer service stating that there is nothing they can do at this point.
All my bank accounts and sensitive information were stored in this compromised account. This is an unbelievable security breach, and they are not providing any solution. I urgently request support in resolving this issue.
