Microsoft informed me that my account would be blocked for 1 month and then I could reset the email. I patiently waited for a month and began the email reset process. However, I was unexpectedly told to wait another month for the email to be updated.
To resolve this issue faster, I contacted the Microsoft support team and asked them to speed up the process. But instead of helping, I was shocked to receive an email saying my account was permanently blocked. All I wanted was to regain access to my account, not lose it permanently.
