I Request Account Recovery After Microsoft Wrongfully Blocked My Hacked Account

I purchased my Microsoft account several years ago and unfortunately, around one month ago, my account was hacked and the email address was changed without my consent. Microsoft informed me that my account would be blocked for 1 month and then I could reset the email. I patiently waited for a month and began the email reset process. However, I was unexpectedly told to wait another month for the email to be updated.

To resolve this issue faster, I contacted the Microsoft support team and asked them to speed up the process. But instead of helping, I was shocked to receive an email saying my account was permanently blocked. All I wanted was to regain access to my account, not lose it permanently.
