Microsoft 365 Copilot Verification Error Blocks Usage
I purchased Microsoft 365 yesterday specifically to use Copilot for an important assignment, but now I can’t access it. The app suddenly prompts me to “verify you’re human,” but every time I click, it says, “An error occurred.”
This issue started after only one successful use, and I had been impressed initially. Now, I can’t access the service I paid for, and it’s incredibly frustrating and disappointing. I chose this platform to support my work, but it’s currently unusable.
I urgently need a resolution to this issue. Please fix the error and ensure I can use Copilot without further disruptions. This is unacceptable for a paid subscription service.
