Unable to Use Newly Purchased Office 365 Due to License Error
Despite purchasing a new Office 365 license, I am unable to use the program. Every time I attempt to access it, I encounter the same error message, as shown in the attached screenshot. I’ve reached out through emails and phone calls, but I still haven’t received a solution.
It’s extremely frustrating that a newly purchased license is not functioning, and I cannot understand why my device has been deactivated. I expect Microsoft to resolve this issue immediately so I can access the program I paid for.
Please address this matter promptly and restore my ability to use Office 365 without further delays. This level of service is unacceptable for such a widely trusted product.
