I am facing issues with my blockchain.com account because the identity verification process has not been properly completed, even though there were no errors during submission. As a result, I can only access the DeFi wallet feature. Other essential services, such as fiat deposits/withdrawals or trading, display a "this feature is not available" error message.

I have tried to resolve this by contacting customer support, but I am struggling to get a response or any meaningful assistance. This has severely limited my ability to use the account effectively.
