Lost Access to OneDrive! Wrongly Deleted Authenticator App

I accidentally deleted the Microsoft Authenticator app and can no longer access my OneDrive account because I require a verification code. Unfortunately, calling Microsoft support at 08503902777 only redirects me to a webpage, with no access to a live representative.

This is incredibly frustrating because I'm consistently charged for OneDrive cloud storage, yet I'm unable to utilize the service. I've searched the Microsoft support website extensively but haven't found a solution for this specific situation.
