I Report Microsoft for Not Helping Me Recover My Stolen Hotmail Account

About four years ago, my Hotmail account (s*******@hotmail.com) was stolen. This account has years of old photos and messages, and it is very important to me. After the theft, I tried to reset my password and also contacted Microsoft support, but I couldn’t find any real communication channel to help me. I also tried recovering it through my phone number and backup email but failed. Later, I realized the account name was changed and is now being used by someone else. I can’t find any phone number or email address to reach Microsoft customer service, so I am stuck without support. I urgently need help to recover my account and get it back.
