Mexc Liquidated Position Below Shown Level, Unfair Pricing Issues
I've been using the Mexc exchange for a long time, but this is not the first time my position has been liquidated well before reaching the liquidation level. According to the charts, the price never even hit my liquidation point. When I contacted customer support, they keep telling me it’s due to “fair pricing.” If so, why do I see a different liquidation price on my screen? Just last night, I opened a NEIRO/ETHUSDT position with 21x leverage. My liquidation level was set at 0.1176, but they liquidated me at 0.1252, wiping out my entire balance. This has happened multiple times, and we get no real answers—just the same "fair price" excuse. If that's the case, show the liquidation level based on the fair price so we can protect ourselves. Who will cover my losses now?
