MEXC Exchange Refused to Honor Promised Rewards

Users have reported that Mexc TR, the cryptocurrency exchange, has not deposited the rewards from its recent raffle into their accounts. They keep making empty promises about completing it within 7 business days, but it's still not happening. I'm constantly being delayed by customer service. Could you kindly fulfil your commitment and provide me with my reward promptly?
