MEXC Exchange Offers No Bonuses
I find it utterly senseless and frustrating that MEXC Exchange, a cryptocurrency exchange, launched a "special offer for Turkey" with an enticing $20 USD bonus for users who completed the KYC verification process. Being excited about the bonus, I went ahead and completed the verification, expecting to receive the promised reward within 7 business days, as they explicitly stated. However, to my disappointment, the bonus never arrived. Instead, MEXC Exchange came up with a dubious excuse, claiming a "security vulnerability" as the reason for the rejection. I couldn't help but feel deceived and taken advantage of. It seems they pulled people in with the attractive bonus offer only to back out later, leaving customers empty-handed. This unprofessional behavior is completely unacceptable, and it undermines their credibility as a reputable exchange. It's frustrating to witness such misleading practices, especially when they advertise a specific offer to target a particular group of users, only to fail in delivering what they initially promised. I hope that MEXC Exchange rectifies this situation promptly and honors its commitments to its customers.
