I Completed MEXC Advanced KYC but Didn’t Receive My Welcome Bonus
I recently signed up for a new account with MEXC and joined their promotional campaign, which promised a ₺20 bonus after completing the advanced KYC process. The terms were clear—just verify your identity with no additional steps or hidden conditions. I successfully completed the KYC process, but the bonus was never credited to my account.
I waited patiently, thinking maybe it would take some time to appear, but it’s now been several days and nothing has changed. I double-checked that all requirements were fulfilled, and yet, no bonus was issued. I even tried contacting support using my ID 8465***9 but have received no resolution or meaningful update.
This is extremely frustrating and feels misleading. MEXC should honor their campaign promises and immediately credit the ₺20 bonus to my account. If you advertise a reward for new users, you need to deliver on that promise without making users chase you down for it. Please investigate this issue and resolve it promptly.
