While using the MEXC cryptocurrency exchange, I noticed an inconsistency in the Ethereum futures chart today at around 9:45 AM. The data displayed on the chart does not appear to be accurate, and this seriously undermines trust when placing trades. I did not suffer any financial loss; however, if this issue had gone unnoticed, it could have easily resulted in losses.
So far, I have not opened a separate ticket through MEXC live support or email channels. I request that the technical team conduct a detailed review of this inconsistency in the Ethereum futures chart and, if there is a system-related issue or a data feed problem, correct it and inform users accordingly.
