MEXC Closed My AXS Futures Position at Incorrect Price, Causing Loss

I am very frustrated with MEXC for incorrectly closing my stop order on AXS in futures trading. My stop order was set at 4.775, and even though the price never dropped to 4.72 on August 30, 2024, at 21:43, MEXC closed my position at 4.72, resulting in an unnecessary loss. I have attached screenshots as proof of the market data at the time.

This situation is unacceptable, and I expect an explanation from MEXC along with a full refund of the amount I lost due to this mistake. I am very dissatisfied with this experience and urge MEXC to resolve this issue quickly.
