MEXC Delays Withdrawal for Over a Month

I have been financially harmed due to the deposit and withdrawal process I experienced on the MEXC exchange. First, I deposited funds into my account, and later I sent additional funds again in order to withdraw my money as MTL. MEXC accepted both the initial deposit and the later amount I sent, but they did not send my money back to me.

In order for the coin withdrawal to be processed, I was additionally asked to pay a $20 transaction fee. Even after I sent this fee, my withdrawal was still not completed, and my funds were not transferred to me. I have been waiting for my withdrawal request to be processed for approximately one and a half months. No transfer has been made to the wallet from which I initiated the withdrawal, and my money has still not reached me. Because of this process, I feel deceived and unfairly treated.

I request that MEXC, taking into account my pending withdrawal request and the $20 transaction fee they charged me, return my funds in full and as soon as possible to the wallet I specified. To help locate my account, the email address registered to my MEXC account is v******@gmail.com**.
