Funds Not Reflected in MEXC Exchange Account – Unable to Submit Refund Request
I deposited money into my MEXC Exchange account, but the funds never arrived. After contacting customer service, they instructed me to submit a refund request for the missing deposit. However, every time I try to follow their instructions, the system takes me back to the login screen, and I can’t access the refund request page. It’s incredibly frustrating to be stuck in this loop with no way to resolve the issue. I’m requesting immediate assistance from MEXC Exchange to fix this problem and ensure that my funds are either credited to my account or refunded promptly.

Despite 48 days having passed, my refunds have not come. Please help urgently.
It's been 80 days, and my refunds haven't been processed yet. When I send a message, they tell me to be patient and that it will be processed as soon as possible. Initially, I was told it would be within 60 days.

"My returns haven't come yet, it's approaching 90 days."
"My returns haven't come yet."
My returns haven't arrived yet.
"It's been 95 days, and my returns haven't come yet."
What kind of exchange is MEXC? It's been 120 days and my refunds haven't arrived. Every time I message them, they say to be patient. They originally said it would arrive within 60 days.
