Metro Turizm Staff Harass Child Passenger Over Valid Ticket

On March 22, 2026, at 12:15 AM, we purchased bus tickets online from Alibeyköy to Aydın–Söke for my 11-year-old daughter and my mother. After waiting at the Alibeyköy bus terminal for more than 1.5 hours, they boarded the delayed bus.
When they arrived at the Samandıra terminal, two strangers approached them and tried to force my mother and daughter out of their seats, saying, “These are our seats.” At that moment, the female attendant rudely asked, “Where is your ticket?” My daughter showed it on her phone. However, she responded aggressively, saying, “Either give me your ticket or get up.”
Then the driver came over and behaved the same way. Despite my mother’s objection, they took my daughter off the bus and went to the ticket counter to verify the ticket. Even after confirming that we were in the right, they continued to act rudely and disrespectfully.
My daughter cried for the rest of the trip and experienced serious emotional distress. I will be filing a formal complaint against these individuals and Metro Turizm. I do not accept this level of disrespect, rudeness, and psychological pressure. Neither I nor any of my relatives will ever use Metro Turizm again.
