Metro Turizm Downgrades Paid Suite Bus Ticket Without Refund

On March 21, 2026, I purchased a Metro Turizm ticket online for the Denizli–Istanbul route with a scheduled departure at 11:59 PM. I specifically selected and paid for a Suite bus, and my ticket cost was approximately $44.
Despite this, I was placed on a standard Class bus instead of the Suite bus I had paid for. When I tried to explain the situation and assert my rights, two staff members responded aggressively, approached me in a threatening manner, and shouted at me instead of offering assistance.
Throughout the entire process, no solution or support was provided, and I was forced to travel on a lower-quality bus than what I had paid for.
I request a full refund of the ticket price and an official apology from both the staff involved and Metro Turizm for the service discrepancy and the unacceptable behavior I experienced. I also ask that this complaint be reviewed and that I receive a written response.
