METRO Delayed My Trip and Caused Serious Inconvenience
I suffered a serious inconvenience due to a major delay on the 09:00 Ankara–Samsun trip with Metro Turizm. The journey started 38 minutes later than scheduled, which disrupted my plans and caused a significant loss of time. My ticket number is YKJKZS6, and I paid ₺670 for the ticket. When I contacted Metro Turizm customer service about the delay, I received a standard response stating that delays of up to 1–2 hours could be tolerated due to traffic and road conditions. However, I am requesting a refund to ensure such delays do not become routine and to compensate for the inconvenience I experienced. If the situation had been reversed, the bus would have departed, my ticket would have been invalid, and I would have lost the money I paid. Therefore, I expect Metro Turizm to take responsibility for this fault. My complaint concerns the 09:00 trip departing from Ankara AŞTİ Bus Terminal, and I kindly request that my grievance be resolved.
