MetaMask Tokens Were Transferred to an Unknown Address Without Approval

On August 27, 2026, at 11:26 a.m., 60.06 billion PITBULL tokens and 7,335 Litentry tokens were transferred from my MetaMask wallet to an unknown address without my knowledge or authorization. At the time, the app was closed, and I did not initiate or approve any transaction.

After this unauthorized transfer, I contacted the MetaMask support team. However, the responses I received were limited to superficial AI-generated answers. No meaningful investigation was conducted into the issue I experienced, and no clear steps were provided toward resolving the problem.

I request that the loss caused by this unauthorized transfer be identified and fully compensated. I also request a detailed investigation into the security of my wallet and a clear, written explanation of the findings and the steps MetaMask will take to address this issue.
