Meta Advertising Charged My Account for Unauthorized Ads I Did Not Publish

On December 26-27, 2024, unauthorized ads that I did not publish were posted at the highest level, resulting in 10 separate transactions being charged to my account. I am requesting a full refund for these payments. Meta Advertising is directly responsible for the unauthorized charges made to my card. Even if my account had been hacked (which is not the case), this situation highlights a serious issue. Ads I carefully worked on for hours or even days were sometimes not approved, yet ads I did not create were approved immediately, published at the highest level, and payments were promptly deducted. Despite noticing and stopping the activity, another ad was published overnight without my involvement, leading to additional charges. These incidents are entirely the responsibility of Meta Advertising. I demand a full refund for all unauthorized transactions; otherwise, I will proceed with a compensation lawsuit against Meta.
