Huge Unauthorized Facebook Charges on My Account — No Campaigns, No Explanation

On November 11, 2025, without my knowledge or approval, my Halkbank card ending in 1862 was used for ten consecutive withdrawals labeled “Facebook ad payment,” totaling around $9,433 USD. Even though I do not have a Facebook account, my card details were used without authorization.

I do not have invoices or order numbers for these transactions—only ten transaction receipts. I haven’t yet contacted Facebook customer service about this, but with this complaint I request both information about how these unauthorized payments occurred and cancellation of the charges with full refund of the amount to me.

I also request that proper measures be taken to secure my card information and that this grievance be addressed and my suffering resolved.
