Merrell Shoes Changed Color After Washing in Washing Machine

I washed my Merrell sneakers in the washing machine, and afterward the edges of the shoes changed color and became visibly discolored. I have always considered Merrell to be a high-quality and reliable brand, which is why I hope they will stand behind their product and support me regarding this issue.

I purchased the shoes from Vault Shoe Store in Erzincan. I have bought many shoes before and experienced only very minor issues in the past, but this time the problem feels much more serious and disappointing. I expected a better level of durability and material quality from a premium brand like Merrell.

I would like my issue to be reviewed carefully and my customer dissatisfaction to be taken seriously. I hope Merrell will support its customers and provide a fair solution regarding the discoloration and material problem that occurred after cleaning the shoes.
