Merrell Morphlite GTX Shoes Leak Water Despite Gore-Tex Protection

I purchased the Merrell Morphlite GTX model shoes on February 12, 2025, through Pazarama.com. Even though the shoes were advertised with Gore-Tex waterproof technology, they started taking in water after a short period of use. I specifically chose this product and paid a premium price because of the GTX waterproof feature, so experiencing water leakage even during normal daily use was extremely disappointing.

Approximately one month ago, I sent the product to warranty service by cargo shipment. After the inspection, I was informed that there was no manufacturing defect and therefore no action would be taken. I absolutely do not accept that a Gore-Tex product leaking water should be considered user error, and I believe the inspection report does not reflect the reality of the issue at all.

For this reason, I am considering filing a complaint with the Consumer Arbitration Committee. I request a full refund of the amount I paid for the product. I also want other consumers considering the Merrell Morphlite GTX model to be aware of this experience before making a purchase decision.
