Merrell Gore-Tex Boots Leak Water During Normal Daily Use
Approximately 5 months ago, I purchased a pair of Merrell Gore-Tex boots from Vault Store in Erzincan. Even though I only used the boots for short city commutes between school and home, mostly while traveling by car, the boots leak water every time it rains. A product advertised as having Gore-Tex waterproof protection should not allow water inside under such normal daily conditions, and this situation has seriously disappointed me.
In addition, I previously experienced a color fading issue with another pair of sneakers I purchased, and that problem was not handled properly either. Experiencing repeated issues with products purchased from the same store, without receiving a satisfactory solution, has completely damaged my trust in both the brand and the retailer.
Because my Merrell boots are clearly failing to perform their advertised Gore-Tex waterproof function, I believe the product should be considered defective. I request a clear resolution in the form of either a replacement pair or a full refund for the boots.
