My 2024 Mercedes CLA 200 AMG Has Non-Functional Features

I am incredibly frustrated with my 2024 Mercedes CLA 200 AMG! I bought this car with huge excitement and, generally, I love driving it. However, since the day I took delivery, I've been experiencing two significant problems that are causing me major distress.

First, the Adaptive Cruise Control (ACC) feature is completely inactive, despite being a factory-installed component. I specifically chose this car for this advanced safety and convenience feature, and it's absolutely unacceptable that it doesn't work. This is a huge disappointment and feels like a bait-and-switch for a premium vehicle.

Second, the Mercedes Me Connect system has still not been activated. I've tried multiple times to get this set up, but I can't connect the app to my car. This means I'm completely locked out of crucial remote control and tracking features that were a major selling point for me.

I've repeatedly contacted the authorized dealer and service centers for both issues, but all I've received are vague answers and endless delays. I expect a much faster, more transparent, and customer-focused resolution from a premium brand like Mercedes-Benz. Mercedes-Benz Turkey, you need to fix my Adaptive Cruise Control and activate my Mercedes Me Connect system immediately! This is a basic expectation for a car of this caliber, and I demand a swift resolution.
